RETURNS, EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT POLICY
At Pretty Rad Store, we’re happy to offer exchanges or store credit for eligible returns. Store credit is issued with no expiry date.
Please read the following conditions carefully before making your purchase.
EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT
We offer exchanges or store credit for eligible returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided:
• Items are returned in original condition
• Items are unworn, unused and unwashed
• All original tags remain attached
• Original packaging is included where applicable
• Proof of purchase is provided
Store credit is issued with no expiry date.
CHANGE OF MIND & INCORRECT FIT
We do not provide refunds for change of mind purchases, incorrect fit, or sizing issues.
Eligible returns in these circumstances may be exchanged for another item or issued as store credit only, subject to our returns conditions.
Please choose carefully and review product descriptions, sizing information and measurements before purchasing.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Due to the fast processing of orders, Pretty Rad Store does not offer order cancellations, modifications, or refunds once an order has been placed.
Please ensure all order details, including products, sizes, shipping address, and contact information, are correct before completing your purchase.
If you have made an error with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, we will do our best to assist where possible.
FOOTWEAR & SIZING DISCLAIMER
Footwear fit can vary between brands, styles and individual preferences. While we aim to provide accurate sizing information, we cannot guarantee sizing suitability for every customer.
Customers are encouraged to carefully review sizing information before purchasing. Incorrect fit or sizing preference alone does not constitute a fault under Australian Consumer Law.
LIMITED EDITIONS, SOLD OUT ITEMS & EXCHANGE AVAILABILITY
Due to the nature of limited releases, exclusive products and fluctuating stock levels, we cannot guarantee exchange availability for all sizes, styles or products.
Where exchange stock is unavailable due to limited releases, discontinued products or sold out sizes, eligible returns may be issued as store credit in accordance with this policy.
SALE ITEMS, PROMOTIONAL PURCHASES & SPECIAL EVENTS
Sale items, clearance products, warehouse sales, promotional purchases, Black Friday purchases and special event purchases may be final sale and not eligible for exchange or store credit unless otherwise stated or required under Australian Consumer Law.
Any exclusions will be clearly noted at the time of purchase.
HYGIENE & EXCLUDED ITEMS
For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for exchange or return unless faulty. This may include:
• Earrings or pierced jewellery
• Personal care products
• Other hygiene-sensitive products
Exclusions will be clearly stated where applicable.
RETURN SHIPPING
Unless an item is confirmed faulty or otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law:
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Shipping costs paid at checkout are not credited or refunded for change of mind returns
FAULTY ITEMS & AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW (ACL)
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
If you believe your item is faulty, damaged, significantly different from its description, or otherwise does not meet consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, please contact us as soon as possible after identifying the issue:
Returned items must be assessed before a resolution can be provided.
Where an item is confirmed to have a fault, or where required under Australian Consumer Law, customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, store credit or refund depending on the nature of the issue and applicable consumer guarantees.
Where a fault is confirmed, reasonable return postage costs will be reimbursed where applicable.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for exchange or store credit, returned items must:
• Be unworn, unused and in original condition
• Include all original tags and packaging
• Show no signs of wear, washing, marks, odours, pet hair, makeup, misuse or damage
• Be returned within 14 days of receiving your order
• Include proof of purchase
Items returned with damaged packaging, missing tags, signs of wear, marked soles, washing, odours or any condition preventing resale may be declined and returned to the customer.
IMPORTANT NOTES
• Exchanges, store credit and fault assessments cannot be processed until returned items are received and inspected
• Refunds are not available for change of mind purchases, incorrect fit or sizing preference
• Limited releases, exclusive products and sold out items may not have exchange stock available and may instead be eligible for store credit only
• We strongly recommend reviewing product descriptions and sizing information before purchasing, particularly for footwear and apparel
• This Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit Policy applies in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law
• Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies rights available to consumers under Australian Consumer Law

Pre-Order Items
Items available for pre-order will be dispatched as soon as possible after the expected delivery date. We cannot offer refunds for delays caused by suppliers outside of our control.
If you have ordered multiple items, all items will be shipped together once the pre-order item has arrived in our warehouse. We are unable to split orders.
Delivery Delays
Once your order has left our distribution centre, it is in the hands of the delivery company. Any delays caused by Australia Post are outside our control. Please note that shipping times provided by Australia Post are estimates and may vary depending on your location.
Delivery Times & Pricing
Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping for all domestic orders over $149.99.
Flat Rate: For orders under $149.99, standard shipping costs $9.99, and express shipping costs $14.99.
To get an estimated delivery time, please use the Australia Post postage calculator here, using the postcode of our distribution centre (2444) and your own postcode.
Free Shipping Return Clause
We provide free standard shipping for orders over $150. However, if you need to return an item for an exchange, a $10 flat fee will apply for the original shipment. Additionally, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. Please ensure you have your tracking number available when returning items.
Most orders placed before 1 pm are dispatched the same day, but please allow up to 2 business days for processing. Please note this does not include weekends or public holidays.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to the US, Canada, and selected EU countries. Shipping costs $35, and the same return policy applies as for domestic orders (items must be posted back within 7 days for a refund, 14 days for store credit). We also ship to New Zealand for a flat rate of $15.
What If I’m Not Home When My Parcel Is Delivered?
If you have not selected Signature on Delivery and no one is home when your parcel is delivered, the driver will leave it in a safe location at the delivery address, if deemed secure. Please check places like your letterbox or around the front of your home. If you live in an apartment, check with your concierge or building management.
Theft of Delivered Packages
We are not responsible for any theft that occurs if a third-party provider places your package in a safe location or mailbox and it is later stolen.
To avoid this, we highly recommend selecting Signature on Delivery at checkout. If you choose not to, and the delivery is marked as complete, Pretty Rad Store and the shipping carrier are no longer responsible for the package, as the buyer opted for a non-secure delivery method.
