Welcome to Pretty Rad Store. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service, along with any policies referenced within. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our site.
1. GENERAL TERMS
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the legal age of majority in your state or region, or have obtained consent from a parent or guardian.
You agree not to use our site for any unlawful or harmful purpose. Any breach of these Terms may result in termination of your access to our services.
2. SHIPPING, DELIVERY & LIABILITY
By selecting Standard or Express Post, please note this refers to the shipping method after dispatch, not the speed of order processing.
Our dispatch timeframe is up to 7 business days. Selecting Express Post does not prioritise dispatch and only applies once your parcel has been lodged with Australia Post.
We recommend selecting Signature on Delivery or insured shipping if you are concerned about parcels being left unattended or delivered to shared or unsecured locations.
Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery, to the extent permitted by law.
Lost or Stolen Parcels
We are happy to assist with tracking enquiries; however, we are not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered once marked as delivered.
If your parcel is reported stolen after confirmed delivery, we can provide documentation to assist with a police report.
3. FREE SHIPPING & RETURNS
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150.
If items are returned, a $10 shipping fee will be deducted to cover the original shipping cost. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
4. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, information may be subject to change without notice.
We aim to ensure all products meet quality standards in line with Australian Consumer Law.
5. BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and shipping details.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including those suspected to be placed for resale purposes.
6. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & LINKS
We may provide access to third-party tools or links. These are offered “as is” and we are not responsible for any issues arising from their use.
7. USER COMMENTS & FEEDBACK
By submitting feedback, you grant us the right to use it without restriction. You are responsible for ensuring your content is lawful and does not infringe on any third-party rights.
8. ERRORS & OMISSIONS
We are not responsible for typographical errors or inaccuracies relating to product descriptions, pricing, or availability. These may be corrected at any time without notice.
9. PROHIBITED USES
You may not use this site for unlawful, abusive, or malicious purposes. We reserve the right to terminate access for violations of these Terms.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the extent permitted by law, Pretty Rad Store is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.
11. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold Pretty Rad Store harmless from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms.
12. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time if these Terms are breached.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
14. UPDATES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
15. SALE ITEMS & DISPATCH
While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, sale items are stored at a separate warehouse location attended weekly.
Orders containing sale items may experience dispatch delays of up to 7 business days.
16. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT
We offer exchanges or store credit (issued as a gift voucher with no expiry) within 14 days of purchase.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect fit. However, this does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds will be provided where required under Australian Consumer Law, including for items that are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
