Need to return something for an exchange or store credit? No worries — here's how to get it sorted.
1. EMAIL US FIRST 📧
Before sending anything back, please email us first so we can confirm your return and let you know the best way to proceed.

Please include your order number and let us know what you'd like to return or exchange on your order.
2. SEND YOUR RETURN 📦
Once we've confirmed your return, please send your item back to:

Please make sure your item is returned in its original condition, with all original tags, packaging and accessories where applicable. Please note: return postage is the customer's responsibility.
3. INCLUDE YOUR ORDER DETAILS 📝
Please include a note inside your parcel with:
Order number
Your name
What you'd like to return or exchange
Please also hold onto your tracking number until your return has been received and processed.
This helps us identify your return and get everything sorted as quickly as possible.
4. WE'LL TAKE CARE OF THE REST 🤙
Once your return arrives, we'll process it as quickly as possible.
For approved exchanges, we'll arrange your digital store credit via email, which you can then use to purchase your replacement item or anything else from Pretty Rad Store.
